Interactive Production Layout

Plan the whole site.

This interactive board illustrates one logical 350-guest event configuration. Tap any zone for planning notes. On larger screens, you can also move zones to explore alternate layouts.

Concept planning tool: zone positions and scale are illustrative until field measurements, fire access, parking counts, gate widths and technical utilities are verified. Do not use this as a survey, permit drawing or emergency plan.

EMERGENCY / FIRE ACCESS — KEEP CLEAR

Selected zone

Stage

Place the primary performance position so audience sightlines work without blocking emergency access or backstage/load-in circulation.

Planning logic

Why the zones are arranged this way.

Good site design reduces cross-traffic between guests, production vehicles, artists, vendors and emergency responders.

Guest flow

Entrance feeds directly toward GA

Ticketing and security should not force arriving guests through vendor, load-in or backstage lanes.

Production flow

Stage + backstage stay close to load-in

Large equipment moves should be separated from public circulation whenever possible.

Operations

Bars + vendors sit on the perimeter

Perimeter services preserve audience space and simplify restocking without cutting through the center of GA.

Safety

Emergency access remains continuous

The final plan should maintain verified fire/emergency lanes and clear egress paths throughout the event.
