Producer FAQ
What organizers ask before the tour.
Answers are written for producers, promoters, agencies and retreat organizers—not for weddings or small social events.
What is the large-format event capacity?
The current planning target is up to 350 guests or ticket holders. Working staff, performers, vendors and production personnel are tracked separately during the venue review.
Can we bring our own production company?
Yes. Wild Ones is intentionally structured for outside staging, audio, lighting, video, ticketing, security and other professional vendors, subject to venue approval and event-specific requirements.
Can we produce a ticketed concert or EDM event?
That is one of the principal use cases for the Wild Ones brand. Ticketing, entry, security, beverage service, guest flow, sound, show schedule and load-out are reviewed as part of the production plan.
Are weddings, birthdays or baby showers part of this website?
No. Those categories belong to the separate Koa’s Events positioning. Wild Ones is for large-format productions, music events, retreats, brands, promoters and professional event operators.
Do you publish complete power and access specs online?
Only verified specifications should be published as facts. The production page shows what is confirmed and what still needs physical measurement or technical verification.
Can we request lasers, haze, CO₂ or pyrotechnics?
You can identify them during the inquiry, but they are requests only. Each special effect requires separate safety, property and permitting review before approval.
How is a date secured?
An inquiry does not hold the date. A date is secured only after the event is approved, commercial terms are accepted, the required agreement is executed and the required payment is received.
When is a site tour required?
Higher-complexity events should move through a production walkthrough before final proposal or contract. The CRM can automatically require that milestone based on attendance, technical complexity, special effects, parking and load-in needs.
Can we rent the property for multiple days?
Multi-day retreats, build days, rehearsals, early load-in and extended use can be requested. They should be scoped separately because they affect staffing, access, security, utilities and commercial terms.
Will there be a technical packet?
Yes. The site includes a controlled-access producer packet workflow. The public site provides high-level facts; qualified organizers receive the current detailed packet and event-specific addenda.
Still evaluating fit?
Request a production walkthrough.
A site tour is the fastest way to validate stage orientation, audience footprint, access, bars, parking and production logistics.
